Thanks Mark! I wish that appraisal would have came in a bit higher like we anticipated. That would have solved all the problems. :)
Very easy to work with and Tammy does what she says she will do and she is very good and calculating the numbers she really knows what she doing and enjoys it. We will continue to us them because of her.
Tammy was wonderful. Always answered all my questions and took time to explain things to me. She took tome to prepare documents for me instead of just getting me rough answers.
Working with Tammy was the best part of the whole buying experience. If it weren’t for Tammy, my family and I would probably not be in the house we are today. She was always SO helpful, went above and beyond, listened to me cry a few times....
