Tammi and team have been very clear about communication about the docs needed and they followed up with us when needed and communicated with builder clearly for our POA request. Appreciate all the efforts.

The communication from the underwriting team can be improved. Email notification should be followed up with a phone call in regards to ordering services and having to cover the cost. I inadvertently flagged a charge to my credit card as fraudulent...
