Ease of process
Tamara answered all my questions (of which I had many) and was very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process.
The documentation being asked for was easy to provide, the communication was very clear.
Tamara was a great communicator and very detailed on what was required/needed. Easy to work with and very responsive. Will use her again in the future.
