She kept me informed during this difficult process. I always knew what was happening. She patiently answered my questions and those of my mother. When things got tough she prayed me through!! I truly appreciated that.

Sylvia is very communicative and personable. She was great about keeping me informed and seemed to genuinely care about my client.
Sylvia is always willing to go above and beyond in explaining all aspects of loans with my clients, very thorough and just a phenomenal person to work with.
whenever i called her she would explain everything simply to me and shes knowledgeable about what she does.its easy to get ahold of her since she responds quick. very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommended her to anyone .
