The appraiser set off a chain of events which caused several delays a quite a bit borrower anxiety.The appraisal process should have been monitored more closely. A request should be made to not have this appraiser handle any of your PA appraisals....

Postponing settlement due to the wrong final CD sent to buyers for signing! Hope the loan officer(processor) can be on top of the loan process and make sure the scheduled closing date is met.
