The most stressful experience ever... No team work, confused about the protocol, redoing paperwork that was completed to find out it was wrong. Sending someone else’s information to me. Hard time believing they know what there doing.
Better communication, more planning between agents and realtor, and maybe find out what documents buyers need in the beginning so don’t need to ask one at a time,and don’t need to bother again and again till the end.
