Susan was such a great help during the process of buying my home. She helped me understand all the ins and outs, and went above and beyond to make me comfortable ith the process.
This is the 3rd house that I have purchased and I have done 2 refi’s and 1 heloc, this was by far the best experience that I have ever had. Ms. Lazcano kept me informed throughout the entire process and truly had my best interest in mind.
Although there were difficulties with my employer, I believe it was simple and it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be.
