I don't think this is a fair assessment of Susan Howe as our loan officer left just before closing. It was stressful waiting on the documents as things got fixed
We initially worked with Jarred who provided excellent and expedient service. Susan stepped in and helped to get us across the finish line. We are very grateful for the help!
