As a first time home buyer, Atlantic Bay was very prompt and helpful with questions I had along the way and with explaining things to me regarding the process.
I was constantly asking questions and Susan was patient, knoledgeable and kind in all of her responses. I never had to wait or wonder. We were made to feel like we were the Only customer She had. Thanks again
Susan answered all our questions in a timely manner. She made it all quite simple. Would definitely recommend you.
A few hiccups on signatures and last minute request but overall good.
Susan is the bomb - as a person in general, and in her career. She answers all questions in layman’s terms and is very responsive. I’d never go with anyone else. :)
