Another flawless transaction with my amazing Realtor, Susan Essex. My family has used her for numerous purchases and sales. I will NEVER use anyone else. Professional and personable. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Susan kept me informed and didn't push me into accepting a lower price as there were very unreasonable buyers. Also, my house was empty and she staged it which made it more desirable.
It would have been helpful to have weekly updates as to who has seen the property and any Communications that she would have had during that week the communication was less frequent than that.
SUSAN TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. She was helpful and understanding. My wife and I are very please at the personal touch Susan brings with her.
