Originally we were speaking with Suzy O and we completed paperwork and when we started the purchase home she was not licensed in Tennessee. We were confused at that point but she was able to redirect and we only had to redo somethings.
Susan is extremely knowledgeable. She always provided transparent information and tons of support. Made a stressful experience pleasant and put me at ease throughout the entire process.
