Very good communication. Also all events leading up to closing were very timely. Probably one of the best experiences I have had with selling a home and getting it closed.

The ease of getting everything submitted for the loan approval. SueAnne was always ready to answer my questions and calm my anxieties surrounding the process. So that when we go to the closing there were no surprises.
