I felt like I always had someone to ask if I had any questions and as a first time home buyer I definitely appreciated that. I felt like I was always led in the correct direction and just had an overall very good experience.

Sue and her Staff exceeded most all lenders i have used in my 48 years .Communication /timing /getting items done /and closing details including loan funds being at closing before close .On a 1-5 Sue and her staff is a 10 .Ronnie

As a first time home buyers Remington made a complex process as simple as possible. He gave a run down of all final numbers and gave advice when we asked for it.
