The only thing that got confusing was having to respond to long email strings. That got confusing and difficult to follow. Technology not my strong suit in the first place so this was a challenge.
Susan was great; however, I would have preferred if she came to the house more than just one day to pack and clean my house. Two or three days would have been better. ;) LOL.
