Sue answered all our questions in a timely manner and kept everything on schedule. Our closing attorney said we had the best interest rate he had seen in a long time. Good work!
Sue was great at explaining things to me as a first time home buyer that I didn't understand. She was careful to make sure I knew what was going on every step of the journey.
Questions were answered quickly. Sue worked with me to set a closing date far in advance so that I could arrange hotel rooms and trailer rentals for that specific date (we are moving 550 miles).

As a first time home buyer I had so many questions. Sue walked me through the whole process and answered by questions both late at night and early in the morning
Sue was so helpful through the whole process. We were buying in East Nashville, home of the bidding wars and Sue always got right back to me. I'd need an updated pre-approval letter and Sue would have it to me within 15 minutes.
