The staff was great!! On the ball and quick to respond to any questions. Email communication was great, I always knew where in the process I was.
The rate should have been lowered to fully satisfy the refinance loan.
Overall good experience just needed better communication from your team. Had I not reached out to them regarding VA funding exemption I would of not known there was an issue that needed fixed. It took 1 phone call on my part to get it corrected....
