After not getting communication with the other lender, he got me setup and was with me throughout the process. He was very responsive to all of my questions answering usually within the hour.
Steve did everything he said he would and helped us close early with a rate that was better than expected. This was my 2nd loan with Steve and will continue to use him in the future for our hike loan needs.
