In the end, we were able to close on time...early in fact! There were a few mis-communications along the way but it all ended up fine.

Steve and his team were responsive, locked in a great rate, and extended it when delays arose that were out of his control. I would 100% work with him again.
They were reactive and blamed COVID when this process started in early January. We could have closed in Feb. They went weeks between communications. I was forced to send info twice. They were unable to handle my quick responses.
