The process took far to long to complete. The hand off from one person to another was not done with sufficient transparency to the client, so that we did not know where we stood, or if the refinance would ever be completed.
Steve was informative every step of the way. Helped with all questions and got me a great interest rate.
The app is very easy to use , good communication on what was still needed/required to get our refinance through quickly. Ultimately able to refinance at a great rate
