    Yeah Steve took so much time with me and my mother in law. After hours and even early when he woke up. I felt like I was his only client. He was the best.

    The Communication gap was something I didn't like . Things would be suggested to do and then no follow ups , also my loan officer took a vacation which is fine and normal but couldn't even give me a A courtesy email to let me know he'd be out...
