It was helpful having responses so quickly
As a first-time home buyer (by myself) it was a bit overwhelming. Steve explained everything in easy to understand terms. His support staff responded quickly with answers to my many questions.
Steve was very prompt with our calls emails and questions. We also made multiple changes to our loan and he was able to get all the changes done ASAP. We are extremely pleased with Steve and the loan process.
