Wish LHFS would lock in interest rates. By the time we closed our loan, the interest rate doubled. Paid out extra to bring the interest rate where the monthly pmts was more manageable
We did not meet Steve until the final processing stages of our loan and he was amazing from the initial conversation, he was great help, I wish he was with us the entire process.
