I have used Steve and Kellen 3 times. Each time, they have been upfront and honest. It’s always a pleasure to work with them.

Real estate transactions can be very stressful but not when you work with professionals like Steve LaForest and Kellen Miles. My clients are happy and that is the goal to success. Thank you so much. You continue to WOW me.

Steve and Kellen went the extra mile to make sure I was on top of everything and took the time to explain things when I had questions. I also appreciated his donation of a portion of the sale to a local charity.

Thank you for the fantastic communication and willingness to go the extra mile to get us to the closing table. It is so great having a local lender that can get it done!

Steve and Kellen were absolutely fantastic to work with! Very kind and considerate. Never pushy. Helpful with any and all questions we had. Created a safe and inviting atmosphere. Overall just so pleased with the whole experience!
