Everyone communicated - that is key always! Very pleasant to work with everyone, as was with the first closing.
Steve was very responsive when we had questions and made the whole process as easy as possible.
Steve and the team communicated with me regularly on the status of my loan and went out of their way to explain different aspects of the loan process. I felt very comfortable working with them and we ended up closing a week early.
