Steve attended and responded to every need. He was great. I did struggle with some of the communications from others within the company but not reflective of Steve’s service whatsoever.
Considering everything was done remotely/contactlessly during COVID social distancing the entire process was pretty painless, just lengthy.
Steve kept me up to date on the process and answered my questions. Everything made sense and happened when it was supposed to.
