The effort and communication!
More transparency on the closing costs, rate and points, adjustment in downpayment, and reason for customer having to pay an extension fee through no fault of the customer.
Steve & his team were amazing! We started our process back in April & they kept us up to date every step of the way. On closing week, we had an issue with the appraiser, but Steve worked his magic & got us “cleared to close” even with the delay....
