Steve always kept me updated throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. He did a great job communicating with me and keeping me informed every step of the way.

The process was very smooth. I was continually informed when I needed to take care of things. While not necessary, Steve showed up at the closing, even though he didn't need to be. That was very appreciative.
