payment is over 200 a month more than what was said . Paperwork was delayed getting to closing honestly it was a cluster. Had to have builder call to get the paperwork sent over to title company. More than anything the payment being so far...

Everyone was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. Difficulties experienced the process were handled in a caring and professional manner. (The difficulties were beyond ours or their control).
