Everything was perfect. In every aspect was great communication, everyone was very friendly and showed that they really cared about making sure everything went smoothly and quickly. I really have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

I feel that a representative from Ruoff should have been at the closing. I somewhat feel like we were a number and a paycheck to someone. If we would have not asked for documents, we would have never meet anyone in person.
