Well nothing really went as I expected I'm not sure why. Took a cash out refi to pay off credit accounts and instead of giving me the cash They wrote checks which is the worst so now I have to get stamps and download all statements . It's so...

Steven was great. Info was asked for at the last monent, that we coudl have gotten many days or a week before that we needed. Instead, it was asked for last minute. It slowed down the process and was stresful.
