Very helpful and friendly folks. When I was traveling and did not pick up my mail for a few weeks, they emailed to warn me that my policy was close to lapsing. Whew! That was MUCH appreciated.

Insurance is expensive these days - whoa! I have a bunch of policies with State Farm through Steve Bauer and despite the cost I'm glad I'm covered. Yolanda, Steve and especially Jose Luis are especially helpful. He's quick to update my list...

My whole family has been with Steve Bauer and his team for over 30 years. Always terrific service. No a big fan of insurance in general (who is?), but these guys are the best.
