My buyer HAD to close within 21 days which included a holiday! Stephen and Silverton Mortgage made it happen while keeping the whole transaction pleasant for my buyer and all of us involved. I will always recommend Stephen and his team.

The process was very fast and smooth. Uploading all the documents to the portal was very convenient and a much better experience than the last time we applied for a mortgage in 2018.
