    Better, more consistent communication, more organized document collection so we would not have had to send same documents multiple times, not waiting until 12 hours before closing to ask for documentation to support information given 6 weeks...

    It wasnt Steve—-he was the lone bright spot in this absolute disaster. Closing was delayed after underwriting had questions about a check i had written 45 days prior then almost delayed again. I was constantly requested to send additional information...
