After listing my home with Flat Fee MLS it sold very quickly. I was happy the transaction was easy and we closed when we were told with no issues.

I have sold many homes with MLS listing services; this is the first time that I have seen a listing service wanting to collect a fee from the buyer’s agent and the seller. This is completely outrageous and, in my opinion, misleading and deceptive....

Nice and Affordable. If you call them they pick the phone in one ring. Excellent web site (need some improvements to make it user friendly) They have their own title company that make the job more easy. Thanks!
