Surprise flat fee charges buyers 350$ !! They r the worse mistake !! I had some phony buyers and they refuse to deactivate my mls because they need a signed release of contract LOL.. save ur time and “flat fee” which isn’t real

NOT A FLAT FEE! There is a $325 fee when the house sells too. They try to hide it and even say you can offer $1. I tried it, I even tried $325. They will not list it. Stay away, these are shady people. You have been warned.
