Stephan answered all my questions in a timely manner. He made a somewhat stressful refi so calming. I’m very grateful to Stephan and his staff for working so hard on my complicated refi.

For the amount of money being borrowed, seemed like they needed way too much info. We have perfect credit.. seems like that would have helped somehow. This loan took probably 2 months..
