Sam came out for a second call to clean spots that did not come out on the first cleaning. She was awesome!! Very pleasant…Went right to work, cleaned the stain, and had a great customer service attitude!

Andre and Donnell were very professional, helpful, thorough and took the time to explain their process and use of equipment/treatments. They gave me tips on how dry the carpet and were efficient and kind. I would highly recommend them.
