Stan was wonderful!! Always friendly and answered every question we had.
Stan made the entire process as smooth and easy as it possibly could have been. I would recommend him to anyone in the future who doesn’t want headaches with the house buying process.
Thought overall it was ok, just sometimes it’s easier to guide with face to face or with a call instead of all email and texts. Though the world has changed it still helps some people to do it that way.
I felt as if the underwriter strung this out way longer than it needed to be and that he was to the point of harassment never felt this way about a load ever and I have bought 8 different homes Stan was very patient with me with me throughout...
