ALL my questions were answered in a timely manner. All of your staff were very helpful and friendly! Thank you soooo much!
Communication was constant and pleasant. Everyone was patient while trying to gather all the information that was needed in order for my loan to be processed.
Once the application was done, we did not speak to Stacy again. Communication and processing of items could have been a lot better. Felt there were too many hands involved and caused some issues along the way.
Stacy does not give up, and will do her best to make your dreams come true. She did it twice for me and my family.
