    It was a good overall experience. The one part I did not care for was having my refi information used to solicit insurance.

    Staci made things extremely easy with prompt reminders for deadlines and quick responses to our questions. This is the 3rd home I have purchased and I don't ever remember the process being this streamlined and easy.
