I found it frustrating that I would be asked to provide documents that I had already attached to prior emails. It made me do double the work that should have been required and feel like the documents I sent the first time were not being reviewed....

Stacey was very responsive and got our loan approved and ready for closing very quickly. When we had a slight hiccup the day before closing, she quickly came up with a couple of solutions to keep us back on track. Highly recommend!
