Might be one of the fastest clear to closes I have had all year. Spencer always provides a clean and easy transaction.
We received excellent communication from the very beginning and everything went as it should all the way through closing.
Spencer kept us up to date on everything and if we had questions he was there to answer them! Loved working with him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is or will be looking for lending when buying a home.
Spencer was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions very quickly.
