They kept extending closing for silly requests and wouldn’t review the file in under writing because they were short on staff. That is unacceptable when you have a closing date. We almost lost the deal because of this. Never working or recommending...

We had issues with the structural engineer, we messed around with a tiedown situation that could have been 2 MONTHS sooner if Kim would have gave us permission to find a different engineer. We ended up getting a different engineer 3 months...
