Buyer wasn't ready to close on closing date and my clients had a new construction home on the other side of this that got delayed and cost them and the builder money. Couldn't get anyone to call me back. not a good experience

I am glad to receive your response. How can I better improve myself to a 5-star rating experience?
Communication from the person that was completing the paperwork for our loan: from not communicating with us about what was going on, to sending the paperwork at the last minute to title company. A very unpleasant experience.
