Competency was lacking in several areas. ROV for appraisal and its requirements, disclosure of closing costs, timeframes and final disclosure of numbers that delayed closing multiple times.

Unfortunately some timing issues with one of the loan processors turning in paper work caused us to close later than we would have liked.
