Nothing on your end, mostly had to do with my own financial issues that caused a slow in the process

Ill ask for help again.
The closing has had to be extended twice beyond the original 45 days specified in the contract. Throughout this process, it has been difficult to get clear answers regarding when the necessary items would be completed.

I was a selling agent for my sellers and the buyers used Trace. He is an Expert. I would use him again or trust other agents to use him as well on my listings.
