We were able to communicate at times that worked for me. When I asked her questions I got detailed responses back. She seemed passionate about getting the process to run smoothly.
I get very frustrated dealing with technology. Sophia was very patient and helpful in getting thru it all. Good encourager to help me stay on track!!
Responded back quickly and always keep me updated on what is needed.
Sophia was huge advocate for us throughout the whole process. It was very challenging at times and she fought for us.
We were very pleased with the care and attention we received.
