Good communication.
Sonya was awesome! She gave me a clear checklist of everything needed and answered my questions quickly. This is my first time buying a home and I couldn't have had a better experience!!!
The entire process was very fast and easy.
Appraisal was done at the last minute and only after prompted by an inquiry from the sellers agent.
