Very good and pleasant experience. Always on top of the things.

Wasn't Sondra's fault but the process was much more involved that in the past due to the fact that my wife and I are both retired. While we have more than enough funds to qualify for the loan we had to do unnatural acts to meet the underwriters...

Sondra's level of professionalism as well as her level of communications have been great. Her knowledge of this business made the entire process of getting the mortgage loan very easy for us.

The portal was easy to use and Sondra is always a pleasure.
