Your group was always there to answer any questions in a timely manner. Communication was essential to keep the process moving. Thanks for all your help in making everything easy.
I will speak with Skip privately about issues I perceived with the closing agent's communication with the bank regarding the subordination agreement which held up closing for at least a couple of weeks.
Although we fought through offices being closed for the virus and a slow move by our own Bank transaction, Skip has been cheerful, positive and professional. He is a pleasure to work with.
Proactive and lightning-fast communication. Simple means of providing needed documentation (the app is a big help). Highly positive, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude from Skip and his colleagues.
The entire operation was well executed thru all aspects. Skip as well as all of his support staff were courteous knowledgeable and effective!
